As per court report issued March 23, 2023, the Government of Barbados (GOB) agreed to purchase the remaining properties in Barbados on behalf of non-Barbadian policyholders from Eastern Caribbean (EC) Islands, since no funding was secured from these governments for stage 2. This is known as the EC Portfolio Offer.
